Support Engineer


Provide technical support for OzCode’s existing and potential customers internationally, using email, chat and phone: Answer support tickets, arriving through various support channels (website, social media accounts, direct). Handle live chat requests from users browsing website. Communicate technical issues and feature requests with R&D team.


  • Flexible working hours, part time (50% position).
  • Offices in Herzliya Pituach.
  • This job is also suited for students.


  • Native English speaker- Must!
  • Computer literate.
  • Some experience in computer programming (even at a high school level) – an advantage.
  • Computer/ software engineering student- at least 2 years remaining – an advantage.
Marketing Operations Manager


As a Marketing Operations Manager you will own the “nuts and bolts” of the marketing team, working to make sure projects – from online acquisition to conference sponsorship – are taken care of from A-Z. You will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in user acquisition and retention. You will also own reporting for the marketing team – keeping track of KPIs, and making sure all systems communicate with each other. This is a great opportunity to learn a wide range of skills and grow with the company


  • 1-3 years experience in a marketing operations, email marketing, or similar role
  • Highly organized.
  • Highly proficient in Google Analytics.
  • Familiar with Marketing Automation Tools and CRMs.
  • Familiar with A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Not afraid to be hands on.
  • Self-starter.
  • Team player.
  • Native level English – Mandatory.
  • Experience in B2B/B2D marketing- an advantage.
Javascript/TypeScript Team Leader


Are you the type of person that’s constantly interested in programming languages, debuggers, compilers, and VMs? Does writing tools that improve the productivity of other developers excite you? At OzCode, we’re in a unique position as software developers whose customers are software developers, just like us. We spend the day debugging the debugger (that’s sometimes debugging another debugger), and imagining, prototyping, and experimenting with a disruptive new time-travel debugger and completely new ideas in Debugging UX.


  • Drive architecture and design of our new JavaScript debugging tools, both as part of a SaaS Debugging as a Service tool, and as an IDE add-on for VSCode/WebStorm and Chrome DevTools. During implementation, conduct design and code reviews as well.
  • Brainstorm feature ideas and take an active part in defining the product.
  • Take ownership on feature and mentor other developers.
  • Develop prototypes, POC’s while tackling technological challenges in addition to production ready code.


  • At least 5 years of experience of JavaScript/TypeScript development.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue.
  • Experience with server-side development (.NET/JAVA/C++/C#/Node/Python).
Community Manager (Part Time)


The Community Manager will be responsible for growing and nurturing OzCode’s community of users through user cultivation and outreach, social media, and community content management and moderation. 
Our ideal candidate has exceptional verbal and written communication skills and is able to develop personal relationships. You should be a ‘people person’ with great interpersonal skills.


  • Expand and maintain the OzCode’s community of developers
  • Find opportunities to sponsor and participate in developer meetups across the globe.
  • Analyse blogs, social networks, and other communities to profile, identify, and invite contributors and members to our community.
  • Take an active part in the company’s social media management.
  • Constantly monitor and follow various community channels to enable quick response.



  • Native English (MUST).

  • BA Student in Business Management &/or Marketing, communication, Digital Marketing subjects.
